3. Shipping: We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount, and expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

4. Returns and Exchanges: We offer a 14-day return policy for products that are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for placing a pre-order with ABSNT MIND. Please read our pre-order policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially released or restocked. By ordering in advance, you secure your item and ensure priority shipping once production is complete.

2. Payment

• Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.

• If paying with Klarna, Clearpay, or another installment service, your payment schedule will still follow their terms.

3. Estimated Shipping & Delivery

• Each pre-order item will have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page.

• Please note that these are estimated dates and may be subject to delays due to production, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as production is based on confirmed orders.

• Please ensure all details, including size, color, and shipping address, are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

• If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@absntmindclothing.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

6. Multiple Item Orders

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

• If you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
