At Absent Mind, we want to make sure you receive your streetwear as quickly and conveniently as possible. Our shipping policy is as follows:

1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom and Globally 

2. Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is free for orders over a certain pound amount and typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. (MAY VARY)

• Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery. (MAY VARY)

1. Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers, including Royal Mail and DHL. The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping method you select and your location.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.

4. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers', weather, or other factors outside our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays that may occur.

7. NOTE MOST PRODUCTS ARE MANUFACTURED TO ORDER PLEASE ALLOW TIME  (USUALLY 5-10 WORKING DAYS) AND WE USE MULTIPLE MANUFACTURERS SO ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS MAY BE DISPATCHED SEPARATELY AND ARRIVE AT DIFFERENT TIMES.
