Refund Policies

Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable: gift cards, final sale items, and any items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our eligibility criteria. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
International Orders: International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item(s). We will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and issuing a replacement or refund.
