Shipping & Production Policy

Thank you for shopping with Absent Mind Clothing. Every item in our store is printed to order, meaning your piece is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Please read the below carefully so you know what to expect.

1. Made to Order

  • All items are printed and produced to order. Nothing is held in stock — your order goes into production as soon as it is confirmed.
  • This means we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed, as production begins immediately.

2. Production & Delivery Times

  • Please allow 2–5 working days for your item to be produced and dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, please allow a further 7–10 working days for delivery.
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 9–15 working days.
  • During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order and begin production.
  • If paying with Klarna, Clearpay, or another instalment service, your payment schedule will still follow their terms.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • As all items are printed to order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once placed.
  • Please ensure your size, colour, and shipping address are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@absentmindclothing.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue and we will make it right.

6. Multiple Item Orders

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately.
  • You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
